Eyewitness Stephanie Renteria from the crime scene to the Police Station names a local gang member as the shooter. And then goes on to describe the shooter as being a “Latino Male about 19 yr. 5’5” dark skinned Short and Stocky, shaved head.

Matthew Turner is an Afro Amer. Male 5’10 tall ,thin and has a mole on his lip almost the size of a dime.
